One week after Fox News Media announced that it had parted ways with the longtime anchor, Bartiromo broke her silence with messages shared across social media, thanking fans for the overwhelming support she has received.

"Before too much time passes, I want to thank all of my friends, followers and supporters for all of the kind words," Bartiromo wrote on Instagram. "I am so grateful for the outpouring of love this past week. I love you all, and I promise I'll be back soon with my next moves."

The post featured serene images of flowers, a beach sunset and her dog, Dusty, offering a calm and optimistic tone amid widespread speculation about her future.

She later shared a similar message on X, posting a photo of a rainbow breaking through the clouds alongside the words: "More to come."

Fox News Media announced on Sept. 3 that Bartiromo had left the company effective immediately after more than 12 years with the network.

The company described the decision as a business matter and thanked her for her years of service but did not provide additional details regarding the split.

However, Bartiromo's attorney, Bryan Freedman, disputed reports suggesting she had been fired.

In a statement, Freedman said reports characterizing her exit as a termination were "absolutely and unequivocally false," adding that evidence supporting Bartiromo's position would become public if necessary.

A Long Career in Financial Journalism

Bartiromo joined Fox News and Fox Business in 2014 after spending more than two decades at CNBC, where she became one of the most recognizable names in business journalism.

During her time at Fox, she hosted several flagship programs, including "Mornings with Maria," "Maria Bartiromo's Wall Street," and "Sunday Morning Futures," interviewing world leaders, CEOs, policymakers and top financial executives.

Following the announcement of her departure, Fox News replaced her on-air programming and removed her name from network schedules.
