What to do if 911 isn’t working:
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) urges anyone unable to reach 911 to call their county’s non-emergency number instead.

Exception: Allegheny County Emergency Services confirmed its 911 system remains fully operational as of Friday afternoon.
