PHILADELPHIA — Greetings from the press box at Lincoln Financial Field, where the Philadelphia Eagles and the Chicago Bears are set to face off in this Black Friday NFC matchup.

The Eagles (8–3) are looking to rebound after their collapse against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at AT&T Stadium.

Philadelphia lost ground in the race for the NFC’s No. 1 seed following its 24–21 defeat to Dallas. The Los Angeles Rams (9–2) now hold the strongest odds to secure the first-round bye and home-field advantage.

Meanwhile, the Bears (8–3) are aiming to prove their NFC North–leading record is no fluke by taking down the defending Super Bowl champions.

Follow along for live updates from Lincoln Financial Field throughout the afternoon.

FOURTH QUARTER

12:49 – Bears 17, Eagles 9

Chicago’s ground game continues to dominate. Kyle Monangai powers up the middle for a 4-yard touchdown, capping a methodical 12-play, 87-yard drive to extend the Bears’ lead.

THIRD QUARTER

0:00 – Bears 10, Eagles 9

Momentum has swung back to Chicago, which now features two 100-yard rushers through three quarters. Kyle Monangai (15–112) and D’Andre Swift (13–107) have combined for 242 rushing yards.

4:33 – Bears 10, Eagles 9

On third-and-1 at the Chicago 12, the Eagles line up for the tush push — but Nahshon Wright comes off the edge, rips the ball from Jalen Hurts, and recovers the fumble. Chicago takes over at its own 13-yard line.

6:36 – Bears 10, Eagles 9

Jalyx Hunt flips the momentum, intercepting a short pass intended for Kyle Monangai at the Chicago 48 and returning it to the 36.

8:05 – Eagles 9, Bears 10

AJ Brown makes a brilliant play, cutting in front of the defender to haul in a 33-yard touchdown from Jalen Hurts, just one play after Hurts picked up 23 yards on the ground. Despite the spark, Jake Elliott pulls the extra point wide left, preventing the tie.

11:32 – Bears 10, Eagles 3

Former Eagle Kevin Byard III picks off a scrambling Jalen Hurts with a diving grab along the sideline at the Chicago 49. Philadelphia’s offensive struggles persist.

HALFTIME: Bears 10, Eagles 3

The boos echoed around the Linc after an ugly first half. Chicago outgained Philadelphia 222–83 and ran 47 offensive plays to the Eagles’ 17. The Bears dominated on the ground with 142 rushing yards at 6.5 yards per carry. Jalen Hurts finished the half 5-of-10 for 57 yards with several missed throws. The Eagles are fortunate to trail by only 10–3.

SECOND QUARTER

6:44 — Bears 10, Eagles 3

Caleb Williams let the Eagles off the hook. Rome Odunze was wide open in the end zone, but Williams underthrew him, forcing Chicago to settle for a field goal and keeping it a one-score game.

13:04 — Bears 7, Eagles 3

Philadelphia had a chance to respond but settled for a Jake Elliott field goal. Jalen Hurts missed a simple third-and-8 conversion at Chicago’s 26, overthrowing an open DeVonta Smith.
