Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, a wild 31-27 win for Cincinnati, after suffering a first-half left toe injury.
Burrow went down awkwardly when he was sacked by Jaguars defender Arik Armstead in the second quarter. Burrow was attended to on the field by the Bengals training staff and then limped off the field and exited to the Cincinnati locker room.
Burrow was seen on the CBS broadcast attempting to walk to the locker room under his own power, but he eventually required assistance from a trainer.
The Bengals initially announced that Burrow was questionable to return, but the team eventually ruled him out toward the end of the third quarter.
Coach Zac Taylor had no update on Burrow after the game.
