In the first half, Barça created several clear chances — powerful strikes from Rashford and a shot from Raphinha that rattled the post — but it was Oviedo who struck first. In the 33rd minute, goalkeeper Joan García came off his line to cut out a through ball. He won the challenge, but his pass out was too long for Marc Casadó and landed at the feet of Alberto Reina, who slotted into the empty net.

Despite immediate attempts to respond, Barcelona went into halftime trailing.

After the break, Hansi Flick’s side took full control of the match and completed the comeback. Eric García equalized, Lewandowski scored a stunning goal, and Araújo added the third to seal the win.

It wasn’t Barça’s most dazzling performance, but their resilience delivered all three points — keeping them second in LaLiga, just two points behind Real Madrid.
